A new field, New or Update to existing Plant, has been added to the Step 2: Plant, Company and Code Details page of Brake Hose, Glazing, New Tire and Retread Tire applications. This field is to capture the existing DOT code when a user is submitting an update to an existing equipment plant.
Minor bug fixes and improvements.

Added new Document Types of "Temporary Domestic Exemption Application for VEHICLES" and "Temporary Domestic Exemption Application for EQUIPMENT" to the portal for supporting the new Automated Vehicle (AV) Framework, which includes expanding the Automated Vehicle Exemption Program (AVEP) to include domestically produced vehicles and equipment.
Updated the pre-application checklist documents for "Temporary Import Exemption Application for VEHICLES" and "Temporary Import Exemption Application for EQUIPMENT" Document Types to have information relevant to both import and domestic applications.

Added a PDF document that contains cover letter examples to the Cover Letter / Submission Description section on the New Request page when the Document Type is selected as "Foreign Manufacturer's Reporting Requirements (49 CFR Part 551 Subpart D - US Agent and 566 - Manufacturer Identification)"
Added a help icon (question mark) next to Manufacturer's Previous Legal Name (if changed) field on Step 2: Additional Details of Foreign Manufacturer's Reporting Requirements (49 CFR Part 551 Subpart D - US Agent and 566 - Manufacturer Identification) submission.
Added a help icon (question mark) next to Trade or Brand Names, Marks, Logos or Other Designations of Origin field on Step 2: Additional Details of Foreign Manufacturer's Reporting Requirements (49 CFR Part 551 Subpart D - US Agent and 566 - Manufacturer Identification) submission.
Added a help icon (question mark) next to Agent's Previous Name (if changed) field on Step 4: US Agent of Foreign Manufacturer's Reporting Requirements (49 CFR Part 551 Subpart D - US Agent and 566 - Manufacturer Identification) submission.

The following changes are made in the Replica Vehicles - Annual Report (49 CFR Part 586) submission, in Steps 2 and 3
- When submitting the Annual Report submission, the users will have an option to enter ‘0’ as Total Replica Vehicles Manufactured for a reporting year.
- If the Total Replica Vehicles Manufactured is > 0 then "Vehicle List" will be pre-populated with all the approved vehicles for a replica vehicle manufacturer.
- If the Total Replica Vehicles Manufactured is > 0 then the user will be able to specify what vehicles are "Produced" in the Reporting Year and what vehicles "Will be produced" in the following year.
- If at least one vehicle is selected as "Produced" (in the Reporting Year), then the next step ("Vehicle details with photos and VIN list") will be mandatory for that vehicle, otherwise that step can be skipped.

Updated the FAQ section for information on Foreign Manufacturer’s Reporting Requirements (49 CFR Part 551 Subpart D - US Agent and 566 - Manufacturer Identification) submission process.

Resolved the issue with the spinning wheel appearing on the screens when validations are triggered while creating portal submissions.
