RE: Update to Shook Mobile Technology, L.P. 49 CFR Part 566 - Name Change
To Whom It May Concern:
Rolltechs Specialty Vehicles LLC has purchased the assets and ongoing business of Shook Mobile Technology. We are requesting the registration to be changed from Shook Mobile Technology, L.P. to Rolltechs Specialty Vehicles LLC.
The business operations have remained the same. John P. Heaney is still employed by Rolltechs as General Manager. The Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) decoding information is consistent with previous filings by Shook Mobile.
