This submission is a new record. Propell American has never, to my knowledge, submitted a previous application for registration as a manufacturer.

Propell American LL (DBA Propell) intends to act as the final stage manufacturer for semi-trailers supplied by other manufacturers. Trailer chassis will be supplied to Propell with VIN identification attached and may be incomplete or complete vehicles.
