To Whom if May Concern:  I was recently informed that DOT's records for Vanguard National Trailer Corporation's VIN identification did not include a "T" identifier for position 11.  Several years ago, Vanguard built a second manufacturing location in Trenton, GA, and we began using the "T" in position 11 as an indication for trailers build in that plant.  This request is to update that information in your records.   Please let me know if there is any other information needed from Vanguard.   Thank you,  Kyle Bramlage VP of Engineering
